What happens to what you send me

This page covers the enquiry form on this site. It is short because the site does very little: there is no analytics, no advertising, no third-party script and no cookie.

WHO IS ASKING

Grzegorz Jasiński, Puławy, Poland. You can reach me at [email protected] about anything on this page.

WHAT I COLLECT, AND WHY

Your name, your email address and whatever you wrote in the brief. I use them to read your enquiry and reply to it, and for nothing else. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) - taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

WHERE IT GOES

The message is delivered by Brevo, an email provider in France, and arrives in my mailbox. Nobody else is sent it, it is not added to any list, and there is no newsletter to be subscribed to.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after 5 days. If we end up working together, our correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires me to keep business records.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR

A copy of what I hold, a correction, or its deletion. You can also object to my holding it at all. Write to the address above and I will answer. If you think I have handled it badly you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
